Q: Country of manufacture?

I do not know the country of manufacture. However, it doesn't work very well anyway. It won't eject the stem properly.

Q: Are these still manufactured in the USA?

It is at my shop. I have used the riveter to set hundreds of rivets,never had a problem. Would buy another if I lost it.

Q: What is the measurement from the tip of the nosepiece to the top of the "head"? We have to install rivets in some low clearance applications.

Tool measures 3 5/8" nose to rear Do not forget this does not include the rivet mandrel or body, depending on installation method Hope this helps
