Product is good. Working perfectly. But the connecting pin was not there in the package.

Brilliant product for configuring a whole lot of home appliance automation.This review is now updated after 5 months of usage. I used this timer switch for automating 1HP water motor. The switch failed after 5 months and it appears that the relay which operates the switch had stopped working.So, in my opinion the working life of this switch is between 3-6 months and considering the price of it, I will NOT recommended to buy this product.

---------------------------------I'm revising the number of stars from 5 to just 1 because this product failed after just 3 months of use--------------------------------This digital timer is better than the competition because (1) It has two options - Normally on (NO) and Normally Off (NO) and (2) It has a manual override button and (3) it comes with a plastic transparent cover that prevents the buttons being pressed. This is a huge benefit because the device can safely be installed inside an electrical panel without fear that wires around might press some button and upset the setting and finally, (4) It has a replaceable battery (CR2032 - the same kind as used in your desktop computer).This digital timer comes with two built-in flavors - (1) Instant ON and then OFF at preset time (Normally ON) or (2) Instant Off and Switch ON at preset time (Normally OFF). In the first case, if you supply Live (+) to pin 1 and Neutral (-) to pin 2, the device you want to power will come on instantly and switch off at whatever time you set it to. In the 2nd case, you supply Live (+) to pin 2 and Neutral (-) to pin 1, your device will remain off but come on at predetermined time and switch off at predetermined time.The digital readout is crisp and easy to read. Buttons are soft touch. There is a handy reset button to instantly reset all your settings. You can program for any time any day or all days of the week. Device appears to be robust in construction and requires female spade connectors to connect your wires to the terminals. In my opinion, screw connectors would have been better but this isn't too much of a hassle.It works well and is currently in use. Highly recommended if you need to switch ON-OFF or OFF-ON some device at preset time.I've been using commercial and domestic digital timers for more than 20 years now and in my view, this is one of the better domestic timers and if coupled with the correct heavy-duty relay, it can easily be used for heavy duty commercial applications.

Using it for last 3 days and it works well.Strong build.Easy to operate

I have purchased this device to setup auto watering of my garden which has around 25 trees. Initially the Device worked properly and with power cuts(which are frequent) it started resetting the Timer. On reaching out to the ex. Company representative it was recommended to change the battery that the device housed. on doing that the issue got sorted. again to crop up after 2 months once the battery died. Overall performance of the device is good.I will advise the Company to check the dependency of the device on the battery when the Main power is out. as the battery should power the clock and the timer which should be low power consumption. As power failure is kind of frequent at my native place the device needs to be rechecked every time after a power failure. So my humble request to the company to check the power consumption on battery of the device.I am updating this review as of 1st November 2021, i tried changing the battery in the device so that the Timer functions can work in Automated mode. sadly the Device stopped working, LCD is not active even after replacing a fresh battery.

This timer is very good but the life time is only one to one and a half year only.If possible the life time to be increased.
