I got the product in my hand with in 2 days after the purchase. I got the product for rs.2250. I have added the product in the cart for more than 1 month.at that time the price was 2350. I was frequently checked the price,one day I found that the product price is 2299 and also a 50rs coupon is also there. So I immediately purchased the product. About the product it is a nice product and operation is easy. One touch on and off is the best part and it make beep sound when we on the device. The device should charge for min 4 hrs before first use (mentioned on manual) Now it is only one 1 week after the purchase. So I will update more about the backup and all about the product after few days. I have registered the warranty also on artis site and 1 got 2 year warranty and to my surprise they have provided me extra 4 months warranty at free of cost. 👍

I had recently bought this artis mini dc-3 from amazon. Product comes in a good packaging from amazon but in the inner box of artis mini dc-3 it was feels like, earlier the box was opened by someone and product was used also. But after turning on the ups was start working and starting my jiofiber router after plugging all the wires and jacks provided in the box. After 2-3 days of usage it works well n good, it turned my router on effortlessly 24/7 without any tension of current. I think its battery backup is somewhere around 6-6.5 hrs approx. let’s see it’s performance in log run, and i would surely edit my review after3-4 months of usage. Overall it’s a good buy, if you’re also irritated by router booting time after every electric cut then just buy it.one more thing the green lights indicators at its pannel are irritating at night, it affect sleep quality because I prefer totally black out at night for good sleep. Please artis do something for it

Wow it really cool device in my home town we had heavy power failures but this ups stand up charg for 8 hours as it say's I giving this FB after 2 months used. It is simple super. Please go for it worth varma worth..we have very good supp6 service also they are responsible in what's app but not answering call much.the reason for 4 star is battery indication from 2nd light 4 light will not work it will drop completely when battery charge is 0. It will not step backward.any way the product is great saved me so much.

Product and package was totally good. But I'm getting a plastic/battery smell when I sniff it up. Not sure whether it is expected or not. Please leave a reply and let me know if it is OK to run UPS for 24/7?
