These gummy vitamins are amazing. You only have to chew two a day. They taste great. Doesn't taste like a Flintstone vitamin...lol. Also, they arent that sweet. The vitamins make you taste like pineapples...hehehe. I take them in the morning.

I've been eating these gummies for a month now. I was eating the dummies (2) daily to see results and results are limited. I am in my mid thirty and I believe hormonal changes are causing me to have reoccurring yeast infections. After seeing limited results I added boric acid vagina supplements to my daily routine.
