Black licorice is a unique taste. If one likes the flavor of anise then licorice candy is a treat.This candy was a huge disappointment because there was not one flavor molecule of anise/licorice.My advice to those looking for traditional licorice flavored candy is to pass on this product.

I'm not a fan of black licorice but my boyfriend is. He likes these and says they do have a good flavor that's not overwhelming. No complaints thus far and they seem priced fairly since you get 3 packs for $15.
