Vicks ComfortFlex Digital Thermometer – Accurate, Color Coded Reading in 8 Seconds – Digital Thermometer for Oral, Rectal or Under Arm Use

Spent 4 days messing around with two other thermometers not knowing how bad my 102 ISH fever was. Got frustrated and grabbed this, super quick reading, consistent results. Only down side is I didn’t realize it comes with 0 liners for the probe, not the end of the world but worth noting.

This digital thermometer is accurate and easy to use. Unlike touchless models that give varying readings, it has a clear display with color-coded results (Red, Green, Yellow) and large numbers for easy reading. It's perfect for checking a child's temperature at night without much disturbance. Its small, slim, and durable design makes it ideal for travel or packing in a college medicine box. I put these in all of my kids medicine boxes when I sent them off to college.

Love this thermometer! It is fast and accurate and works better than all the more expensive thermometers I’ve ever purchased.

Not sure why they did it - shipped out a very good item that should have included a case - but did not. This is my second temp-taker from this brand, and seems accurate. But it would be nice to have a barrier between it and the countless germs and potential for damage in the drawer where I keep it. Recommended - with a plea to the company for a case!

The media could not be loaded. the only thing i did not like about this, is the fact it did not come with a case. but luckily my old one I bought did have one so I just used that in the video but I didn't read all the details like I normally would and I just assumed it would but that's okay if your buying a replacement one like I was. if it's your first one, I'd recommend getting one that has a case first then this is perfect for replacement after that if you don't want to just get the batteries. it works really well, you just wait for it to say Lo on it then you can take the temp. green is good, yellow is fever and red is high fever and should probably get medical attention. was a great deal and a awesome buy tho, i loved it. don't forget to turn it off when your done or the batteries die way quicker lol

I’m bought this to replace another Vicks thermometer that I had for years and misplaced. I think I got a dud. It takes way longer than 8 seconds to give me a reading - in fact, I usually stop it at 20 seconds with no reading. I have to attempt myltiple times before getting any sort of reading and I don’t know how accurate it is. So unfortunately it’s worthless and I’ll be looking for another thermometer.

I work as a vet tech at an animal hospital & we’ve tried many different kinds of thermometers but this one is hands down the best.The flexible tip makes taking a rectal temperature safer & the read speed is lighting fast so it’s less stress on the patient. My only complaint is that the first few we purchased, came with a plastic cover & these did not. I’m not sure if VICKS changed the design or what, but that has been the only downfall - that’s definitely not a deal breaker for us though, we just use the covers from the old ones.
