Fresh Figs by RawJoy Farms

There were fourteen figs in the shipment. Nice amount for the price. Eight of the fourteen were smashed and had mold on them though, so this was not really a good price for what you get. The remaining six are very soft and just about to go bad. I tried one and it tasted odd. Not like a fresh fig at all. I got them to use on a charcuterie board for a holiday party tomorrow night. I will not be using these for that board as they are not good enough. Very disappointing and an unnecessary expense since they are unusable. Can't return them since it's food. Lesson learned the hard way...

These figs tasted like water and dirt.... I've had a lot of figs in my life and never have I been so disappointed... They seemed fresh yet somehow weren't?

These fresh Figs are excellent, ripe and sweet. The best fresh figs I have ever had. Truly a treat.One reviewer thought the SUGAR crystals were mold but nope, they are sweet sugar crystals on the figs.

This is how I received my figs. I only had one that was edible. The rest were smashed or rotten. This was a waste of money.

I ordered four pounds and it was moldy! And I could not return them!!!! due to be perishable EVEN though moldy

Some were smashed and a lot were bruised.

The figs I received are all rotten! They also came from Jalisco in Mexico. They can’t be returned? This is ridiculous. They should refund you your money!

You can taste and smell the freshness of the figs, they are not sweet yet. Arrived nicely packaged, plastic containers as you would buy in the grocery store. I’m going to leave the out on the table overnight, maybe they will ripen a bit more by morning, for the sweet taste I’m craving.
