Broke after a month
Clip broke after 1 month. It was very nice prior to the clip braking but it's now unusable.

Use this, and save like 650 on those expensive nordic benches. Sturdy and gets the job done.

Great addition to my bench
I wish I could show a video of me doing a full Nordic but I'm not there yet. I had built a DIY strap to hold my legs to the bench but this is a welcome upgrade. The buckle is solid metal and hold the wide strap with NO slippage. The wide pad does not cut against the back of my calves. It has a quick release that requires a bit to get used to but once you get it , it's fine. The added foam donut let this strap move to the bottom of a door for crunches, etc. Good simple, well built device.
