I had another item that I was using as a multi-device charging station. It basically sucked. I got really fed up with it and decided it was time to pull the trigger on this model of charging station. I love that each piece connects to the other. You can choose how many pieces you want in series. They include charging cables, which is a nice touch. So far it's been working as intended and this area of my home does not look cluttered anymore.

This whole system is great, best way to organize a family charging station. I wish you could purchase additional modules without the tail ends since they just plug into the existing system without it, but still, well worth the investment. Great quality and design.

Almost perfect. The only point of friction is the AC adapter end cap. Why isn’t it bi-directional? It wouldn’t have added any additional cost or complexity.The cable placement, IMO would ideally see it along a designated “rear,” sharing the side with the USB ports. It would be ideal had the AC end cap be flippable, for universal placement.It’s encouraged me to pick up the 60W end cap, but despite the low cost it seems like such a waste. Seems like the perfect opportunity to have stuck a 5,000-10,000mAh battery inside it… or at least added more USB-C outputs or an AC passthru.If you avoid Apple Store pricing, especially the current generation, the leftover stock prices are really good. Most mods, if not all, are compatible between generations.It’s just unfortunate the design leans so heavily toward profiteering rather than being an excellent product.

So happy with this space saving addition to the full unit. Fully compatible, makes more upright charging slots for laptops, iPads and keyboards. I took out the watch and iPods plate and created a unit that saved space and fully charges everything according the charging capabilities of the unit in the instructions.

I really enjoy this charger. It’s study sleek and looks awesome on my night stand. My only issue is the price. It’s so expensive and to complete the whole set is an arm and a leg. lol

Customer Service deserves 5 stars!! They responded expeditiously to my emails, and were extremely accommodating. Reason for 2 stars, is strictly for poor design.The watch charger component of this product is practically useless if you use a heavier stainless steel watch band. The weight causes the watch to lose connection and slide off the charger. I reached out for support and did receive multiple responses and friendly customer care, but no real solution was provided. They offered to replace the component, but the replacement had the same issue. After some troubleshooting on my own, I discovered the actual problem: the angle of the charger. When I propped up the watch with a support underneath to keep it steady, it finally charged fully. This confirms the issue is with the design itself.Unless the manufacturer redesigns the charger, this product is a waste of money for anyone hoping to use it as a reliable multi-device charger. I do not recommend it if you use a heavier watch band.
