Worth it, it's more than good enough for home use.
I searched a lot for one of these benches that was foldable, as well as allowed for hyper extension. This bench is the only one I found for a reasonable price that has both. The preacher Curl pad has many adjustment points which allow it to be used for hyper extension. Its also wide enough to use both arms at the same time. The leg extension part can be locked into place so that you can hook your calves in.I'm 5'10", and this bench does not feel at all too small for me.The material seems sturdy enough, so I don't feel any concerns over utilizing this with heavy weights. However, it's made to be used with free weight (due to not having a rack), so it probably won't be pushed anywhere close to its limits.I will say, the weight holder rack does get in the way, so I just took mine off.Additionally, I can't imagine a scenario where I will utilize the leg extension portion of this machine, due to the limited space. I would get better benefits just using the hyper extension for my glutes and hammies, and doing elevated heel squats for everything else.It is surprisingly light for how sturdy it is, so you'll need to place some weight on it if you use the foot pads for abdominal exercises.Overall, even with the things I mentioned above, I strongly believe this to be a 5 star product. The build quality is good, the packaging was good, and the installation instructions were pretty clear after a short learning curve.

Don't buy for Leg Extensions if over 5'9"
I'm 6' and with the leg extension bar 3/4 the length of my lower legs, each leg extension causes the padding/bar that's resting on top of your legs to move up your shins about 8 inches and it rubs your skin like hell. The leg extension bar needs to be adjustable. Maybe if the padding was free-rolling it would be okay, it's honestly better bare metal without the padding but once you start adding weight it's unusable. I wouldn't recommend for anyone over 5'9" interested in the leg extension function.I'm keeping it just for the fact it's one of the only benches that let's me do Hyperextensions that's still a usable bench for everything else as long as you remove the preacher seat and pole it's attached to which is easy as pulling a knob and takes 5 seconds. The quality of the bench is great no issues there. I'm 6' and there is room to spare when I lay on it. Lots of seat room.Easy to put together, everything is numbered, tools provided and adequate.Mechanism for moving the bench incline feels good.Preacher seat is great for 1 arm curls, both arms is a tight fit and my arms aren't that big, but that might be fine if you're under 5'9" and not a pro lifter. If I was under 5'9" this would be a 5 star bench for the price.

Highly disappointed.
I bought this bench for two reasons, the leg extension and decline bench press. The leg extension is useless. Very little room to squezze your feet under the foam padding to start the movement. If u have any plate bigger than 10lbs, it hits your shins as soon as u lift the weight. When your done with the extension, the weight is litterly sitting on top of your feet. You have to work your feet out of position. Not to mention, if you have any heavy weights loaded, you have to put a couple heavy plates on the front legs of the bench to keep it from moving. For the decline bench pressYour supposed to start by getting your feet locked into position under the foam pads, you should be sitting right where the bench declines and begin the lift. But oh no, not with this pos..the smaller pad on the bench is too long, because when you lock your feet into position, your butt is too far up from where the bench declines, making it impossible to lay back. Unless your as tall as andre the giant, the decline is trashI've had my home gym now for over 25 years, this is by far my worst purchase for it.

It's much better quality than I thought it'd be.
It's much better quality than I thought it'd be. It took me about two hours to put together as I moved slow to try and avoid messing up.The padding is better than I thought. The leg extensions/leg curls attachment is more stable than I thought it would be although, yes, if you're taller, it's kind of awkward to use. Actually, I can't use mine unless I buy Olympic Weight Plates with a much smaller diameter than the ones I have (mine are about 2 feet across, so wide); so, keep that in mind. Those exercises are awkward even when you're at a gym with top-of-the-line adjustment equipment. The preach curl platform is study and adjustable as well. It's those two additional things they added that got me to buy this bench rather than just an incline adjustment bench. It's well worth the money; I couldn't find a comparably capable piece of equipment at an even higher price.

I put this thing together in about 15 minutes, it's very simple to use, it seems to be very sturdy. Perfect for simple basic workouts.

Boyfriend loves it
Got this for my boyfriend for his Christmas present and he loves it. No complaints. He said it was pretty easy to put together too.

It's ok
I bought this bench to use for at home workouts. I am a 5'6" female, weighing 150#. I am able to lay on the bench easily- the length and width is fine. The padding is very thin and I am not sure how long it will hold up if you're using the bench frequently. The incline and decline adjustments work well. The curl pad is padded the same as the bench, and easily adjustable or removeable. The leg raise, as described in many other reviews, is pretty worthless. There is not enough room to fully extend the legs and forget adding any type of weight- it just isn't made well for using that feature. Shipping and putting the bench together was no problem - all parts were delivered and it was packaged well. The instructions were not great, but the youtube video was very helpful. This bench works for my needs, but I do not think the quality is good for frequent, long term use.
