Only thing I don't like is the bright red capsules. Didn't we do away with red dyes? But, I think I can tell a difference already in energy and mental clarity. I'll have to continue without taking any other supplements to make sure it's this one that is helping. I like the other ingredients not usually found with shilijit supplements. No side effects.

For me, these really didn't do anything. I took two capsules for a week to see if I can feel any difference, and there was no noticeable change of any kind that I could notice. The capsules in my case were not red like some others have stated in their reviews, they are grayish color. The capsules are not too large to make them difficult to swallow, which is nice. These may help others, but I don't believe I would continue taking them since I couldn't feel the difference.
