These grips are great for working your arms
I like that the grips can be rotated to either be harder or a little easier so depending on the exercise, you can adjust accordingly.

These grip strengtheners are amazing! My grip strength has really improved since I started using them and I don’t need to extra exercises to my routine for it. The adjustable difficulty is a great feature, I can easily just change my grip and feel it become a harder workout. They’re also surprisingly comfortable to hold, even for long sessions. I can actually see the forearm muscle getting more defined than before, totally worth it 🔥

I purchased these for a friend, however I was able to open them up and try them outPros:- Three grip sides for any fitness and/or grip strength level- No other grip attachments required, this one comes out on top compared to everything else- Highly ergonomicCons:- No alternative colors- Learning curve for those whom are inexperienced with thicker grip attachments- May not be compatible with hands that are on the smaller sideOverall, a necessity for anyone whom is looking for additional gym equipment or gym gear.
