I find the product very effective especially before exercise to give me an extra boost of energy and early in the morning before breakfast to get me ready for the day ahead.I also personally like the product a lot as i do not suffer any bad side effects and the instructions on the bottle are easy to follow.

I used these prior to my holiday and I think this picture says all. Really helped me achieve the last 5% and results I have never achived before. I took these with a clean diet and doing 15,000 steps per day. I would highly recommend and be taking them again. For weight loss and an energy boost these help.

These are small and easy to swallow taking alongside a calorie controlled diet and exercise so can't comment on wether these are attributing to weight loss however I do seem to have an increase in my energy levels and I'm happy so far

The capsules are small and easy to swallow. However using it for a while, whilst having a controlled diet and regular activity, I didn’t see any impact outside my normal non- supplement impact. So I’m a bit unsure if it actually worked. I didn’t feel any energy impact.

Really enjoyed taking these so far. I was starting to feel a bit tired during the day due to eating a healthier diet and tend to grab a sugary snack instead. I have been taking health icon for over 2 weeks now and I do not have any cravings at all to snack. The perfect fat burner having helped speed up my results with no snacking and more energy!

The tablets were easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Unfortunately I did not notice any difference to energy levels or any size/weight difference.

They just didn't do what was advertised. I still felt hungry after taking the tablets and certainly did not assist with weight loss

Super product , curbs appetite, definitely reduces weight. Easy to take , no side effects and good value in my opinion. Energy levels have also increased.
