Compact, user friendly and precise
Should have bought a set ages ago to go with my coffee setup. Perfect size for my Sage Bambino. USB-c charging is very useful. Would recommend

Inconvenient control
These look and feel great, high quality of materials, compact and robust. Measurement accuracy is OK within +-0.5% based on my high-level assessment.The downside is awkward control - there are no buttons and any feedback, you just touch right or left bottom part of the weights but it may not react from the first try. Also, stopwatch in automatic mode doesn’t start right after the first drop but after some delay up to 2”! So stopwatch is almost useless for me.

It’s pretty and handy. I love it
The first time I got this, there was an issue with the scale: taking the load off and on several times, the value would read differently, but the vendor was super professional and replaced the bad unit! The replacement works flawlessly and I would definitely buy from this vendor again.This scale is very practical. The size is just right for expresso making, and the interface is easy to use. I like that I can charge is via USB-C.

Scale increases without any added weight
The media could not be loaded. Thought I'd bite the bullet and get some precision scales. I received this set today and, unfortunately, after one use there's already a fault with the scale increasing the weight randomly.Definitely avoid.

Excellent scales for making coffee
Happy with this product, nice reachable scales so no need to worry about running out of batteries.Weight seems fairly accurate and timing function is extremely useful for making coffee.

Stopped working after 3 months but customer care faultless
The media could not be loaded. Worked fine at the beginning with maybe a slight unstable weight measurement. Charging was a bit of an issue. Then while charging it decided to set off an internal alarm and now unusable.Update: the seller contacted me after the review above and offered a full refund and replacement. I cannot fault their customer care. I would buy from them again safe in the knowledge they would go beyond the expected to ensure the customer is looked after. Star review reflects my experience.
