It's held up well but definitely for a smaller car or maybe a mid-size sedan... It does not work in the smaller SUV or larger SUV we have. But it fit our Toyota sedan very well. It folds and opens with no issue after a year or so of abuse.

I have found this easy to use and would definitely recommend. Easy to put in place and remove. Does a nice job of blocking the sun and keeping the car cool.

This appears to be doing a good job. The material is quite thin so we’ll see how it fairs against the Texas summer ☀️ The reason I bought this was because I like the umbrella convenience & it fits my 2021 Chrysler Voyager. The design I don’t like is that the stalk part of the umbrella rests against the dashboard touchscreen. So I use the umbrella cover as a protective layer.

This is fairly flimsy but looks like it would do the job. However this does not fit a Chrysler Pacifica correctly. It leaves about 3 in of the window open on both sides which allows the car to heat up more. I bought this due to Amazon saying that it would fit my vehicle and it obviously does not.

I got this for my new Toyota Corolla and it was difficult to open, and once I got it open the metal pieces were bending and did not accommodate the width of my windshield despite it being described as a good fit for my car. It scratched the leather dashboard too. But I shouldn’t have cheaped out on a product like this so :/

Let’s be real, driving a dark colored car with black leather interior means during hot weather, any period of sunshine makes the interior of your vehicle hotter than hades regardless if the windows are down or not. I have tried different styles of sunshades and most are a pain in the rear to work. This umbrella shade is absolutely user friendly and very easy to use. The shiny reflective side does indeed keep the sun from beating down on my dash and seats. The steering wheel stays cool to the touch - which is awesome. I do have window tints in my vehicle, but that doesn’t cut it when the sun is beating down directly on your vehicle. While the car is still hot from being baked in the sun, it’s bearable with this reflective umbrella. If you watch the seller’s instructional video, it shows them holding the umbrella in place by pulling down the visor and wrapping the Velcro around your rear view mirror. I’ve always been in a hurry and never did either of those things. The umbrella stays in place just fine. Every inch of the windshield is blocked. I’d buy this again for sure and am adding it to the Christmas gift list for family.

Man I don’t know. For the price I was expecting a better build quality. It’s not bad but I think it’s lasted as long as it has because the car it goes in doesn’t get driven daily. This will definitely break. Sooner rather than later I would assume.

Look very nice on the door panels, and so far are staying on well.
