Aur upar customer care wale phle bole Mail daalo, ab mail mein bol rhe hai aap product pack krke khud se courier krwao address par aur is bich product damage hua ya courier delivery charges hum nhi dete hai pick-up service nhi dete wo aap dekho... I am writing genuine review after using it for one week.Quality is Average, sound quality is not that much good but has good noice cancellation property. Easy connectivity and performance is good, compatibility with my phone is okay ,Sound clarity is good outdoor as compared to Indoor.

Very bad product please don't buy this..After I received it was not connecting with my phone ..when I called customer service lady called AAMNA was not even guided me instead she directly asked to complaint about her in the website..As if no one watches there website..They claim that the mic is not suitable for our mobile.How we will come to know that for which mobile it is suitable. I asked the customer service the lady AMNA says they also don't know for which phone it is suitable..Then how the customer will know when they only not aware that for which phone it's made for.Even I couldn't return.Also their customer service is very bad she talked to me very rudely.Guys please don't buy this product later they just say that it's not for your phone..They have to mention that for which phone the device gets connected.very very bad experience.Please don't buy the product.
