As someone who is always cold… this is the greatest invention ever. I use it under my desk at work and love it! I wish it were a bit taller but otherwise no complaints. It’s light weight and easy to use, the heat has a timer so you never forget to turn it off and the foot warmer has two heat settings. It doesn’t slide around or slip on the ground either but my office does have carpet. I’m much more comfortable in my office now

This product does two things that have improved my quality of life and my working experience:1. My feet are often cold, and I don't want to wear thick socks all the time, because they are uncomfortable. Since I got this product, I rest my feet on them while working, and the cold feet problem is gone.2. The vibration massage helps ease the tension of plantar fasciitis for me.It is also a footrest. I am enjoying this product.

This foot massager does a thorough job and can help relieve pain. It's like having a personal masseuse that offers free massages up to multiple times a day!

Heating stopped working after 3 monthsTheir warranty policy requires you to pay $35 to return the defective unit if you want a new one shipped to you.Very low product quality.I would not recommend

I really like it, however to me it’s really loud.

I have EDS (Ehlers-Dankos Syndrome, specifically the hypermobile type). With that being said, I have joint instability, POTS, and poor circulation in general. I cannot sit in one position for too long without leg support or changing positions constantly. If I do, I am bedridden for at least a few days and am in severe pain.So I decided to look into buying a quality foot rest and came across this. It finally arrived today, and I could not be happier. My legs are no longer in pain and I can tell I’ll be able to sit at my desk for more than an hour and not be bedridden by the end of it :).As for the quality of the fabric, it’s meh. It’s polyester, but on the cheaper side; it feels like plastic and isn’t very soft. But, that doesn’t really matter to me. The heating capability was what I was looking forward to second most. Since I have poor circulation, my feet tend to get icy cold. I’ve layered socks before and it has not helped. I’ve got the heat on for the footrest and oh my goodness, my feet aren’t numb.This is very much worth the money if you are in pain like me and find that sitting without support is unbearable.

This is nice and soft. The heater worked great this winter. The vibration REALLY vibrates. My problem is that it's vibration is disturbing at night if you have people close to you who are sleeping. Lol. But it works great. Highly recommended
