I wore this at home on one eye ( I also got a new eyeliner and tried that on the other eye) and wore both on each eye to see if it fell. If it did, I would know which one made me look like a raccoon at the end of the day. To my surprise, none did. I even went to bed with them on and woke up with clean eyes. It is so easy to put on, lasts a long time, and has a nice texture. It is not waterproof because it washes off easily, and I mean easily, without looking like a raccoon when I got out of the shower. It made my lashes look so long with just one swipe. I used a second swipe, and that's all that is needed. The price is perfect. This will be the only mascara I will use from now on.

This is by far the best mascara I've tried in a long time. I used to get samples with IPSY for years because everything was too clumpy and not actually waterproof and short wear. I tried TooFaced Better Than Sex mascara for a long time, but even though I didn't have issues with clumping, that mascara always made my eyes itchy. However with this mascara I don't have that issue. It goes on super easy, and is very layerable without it making your lashes look spidery. Gives the falsies effect if you work with it for a bit. And the packaging is to die for, I love how the design on the lid is textured for better grip on the wand as well. The brush is perfectly tapered to get the inner corner at the right length comparitively to the outer corner as well which I love. I work in a very hot kitchen and sweat removes my makeup alot, but this mascara actually stayed my whole shift. Easy to remove w micellar water as well. Def my new go to

I recently removed my lash extensions after having them on for almost a year to take a break from them so of course my natural lashes aren’t like they used to be. I went on the hunt for a new mascara, (the one I was using was L’Oréal lash paradise) and that one was just ok. I came across Essence and I read the reviews which were all pretty good so I decided to try. I have been using it and I can honestly say that it makes a huge difference. It truly makes my lashes look longer and fuller. I do like it but I don’t love it. Reason for that is that it smudges. I almost always have a little bit under my eyes sometime in the day while wearing it. Other than that, it would be perfect. I guess I just need to play around with some hacks to avoid smudging. The mascara is not too bad for $5.

I'm ashamed of myself for not trying this mascara sooner. I really didn't think such an inexpensive product could work this well. I have been using better than sex for years, and it was great when the tube was brand new, but it dried out and became horribly flaky after a couple of weeks. This mascara performs every bit as well for a fraction of the price. It can go on a bit clumpy, but no more so than any other volumizing mascara. I recommend combing through with a lash comb or clean spoolie, but I would say that about any mascara.

To say that this is the best mascara I’ve ever used is an understatement y’all.I was shocked at the length and volume of my lashes the first time I applied it. It holds up all day, only occasionally leaving some residue under my eyes, but that is easily wiped away.But the real superpower in this little tube is how well it holds up to a good cry.For all the folks out there who are grieving, struggling with depression, or just crying a lot for some reason, you can take solace in the knowledge that this mascara won’t budge, no matter how much you sob. I am grieving for my younger brother who died in August, and crying is just a part of who I am now. One day at work, not long after I purchased my Lash Princess, I was thinking of him and couldn’t stop crying. I was in my own office with the door shut, but I was out of tissues (go figure). So I made a quick dash for the bathroom hoping no one would see me, because I was sure that there was mascara all over my face… but there wasn’t. Like, at all. I checked later to see if I had ordered waterproof by mistake, and I hadn’t. It’s just. That. Good.You can’t beat the price, the effects are stunning, and the product really holds up to anything you can throw at it.I will say that when I apply it, I first blot the wand off with a tissue. Especially when you have a new tube, a lot of product comes off at once and it can get clumpy if you apply too much. Otherwise no complaints. Do yourself a favor and add this to your cart.

So glad my local big box store stopped carrying the British brand of mascara that I used for decades. It had been the only thing that I found that didn’t smudge and was easy to remove.This new to me brand of mascara is superb. The brownish black is especially nice on mature lashes. So glad for change to a superior product that checks all of the boxes. Haven’t used it without the primer, but suspect it still would go on smooth, no clumping, smudging, etc. Fantastic price point. How did they do it???

Love this mascara. I have very long eyelashes that have thinned as I grow older. This mascara adds just the right length and volume. I also tried the Lash Princess Curl & Volume Mascara, which I liked, too. What I actually have done is use the brush from the Lash Princess Curl & Volume Mascara with the Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara. For me, it's the perfect combination.

I LOVE this mascara! I hate when I apply a mascara and it clumps my lashes together and looks overly heavy, there is no absolutely no issues like that with this mascara. It helps my lashes stand up and fan out without adding the 'heavy' effect. I also have very sensitive eyes and, unless I rub my eyes and forget I put on mascara, I don't have any flakes falling into my eyes throughout the day causing irritation. So, if you like a more natural look for your mascara and are sick of flakes falling into your eyes, this mascara is for you.
