Just received, put straight into use. This is a strong, well designed knife. Great balance, feels stable in the hand. Slices through vegetables with ease and precision. I bought this to test it - with a view to ordering a set. I’ve now placed that order.

Very good set of knifes all of them are useable and all frequently used. Be careful these are SHARP! The handles are confortable to use with no angular corners. I bought a wooden chopping board to use with these and they retain their shapness. I would have liked to see a serated blade within the set for bread loaf slicing but will buy this knife seperately to comlete a very good set.

Purchased as a gift, overall the knives are perfectly weighted, the handles are ergonomic and feel secure in the hand. They look great and the edge is extremely sharp. I can't speak for edge retention but these seem like great knives at an affordable price.
