Important thing should be noted first, It will only fit on 16 or 20 amp socket (Big Socket) cannot fit in normal socket, for normal socket you can prefer 10 amp smart plug.Pros:• Only mobile hotspot (Yes it is compatible with mobile hotspot too, you just need to set your hotspot name and pass, then it will automatically connect to your hotspot.You don't need more mobile phones, Only one mobile phone is enough to connect and control. )• Timmer (I tested it, I set timmer when connected and after setting timmer I disconnected it, It gets off without connection as per I set timmer. )• Button (you can see manual Button on top of plug)• Range (Depends on Wifi)• Quality (I tested on 2KW heater, It is working fine. It is not turning on from app and even tried reset it is not working even placed beside router with good bandwidth,After replacement it's working fine

Very nice product. Easy to use

I used it with my fridge, and the electricity of my entire house tripped. I'm scared to use it now. This is not safe and I don't want a replacement. Please allow return. This is a safety issue. I cannot take risk with this again. Please escalate this to a supervisor. I want to report this as a defective/dangerous product. The media could not be loaded. ⭕️Easy to install, just plug and pair using app and make sure phone and device are on same wifi, it works perfectly with my 1hp pump to turn it off automatically with the inching feature. 👍👌💯⭕️It also has scheduling feature to set scheduled on/off based on some condition. 📅⚙️✅Quality is rugged and doesn't feel flimsy. 🪨💪👍⭕️Note that you only require wifi when setting up any feature. It has a built in chip to keep the settings in memory even when the wifi is disconnected. So it'll work perfectly but yes, to change any setting you need to connect it again.⭕️Above point is important because in my case the pump area is quite far from the router (weak signal) but once i setup the inching feature, it is working fine even when it gets disconnected. 💡📶🔌 16Amp can easily handle Fridge, Heater and Pump upto 1HP. ⚡🏠🔥Was it helpful. The product was working with all the features till sometime ago. But since last week all the smart features seem to be dead. the electricity management is not functional, the scheduler is not working, and also the logs are not visible.Can some one help. Taking away 2 stars for the same

This is as good/bad as most smart plugs out there- infact it is the same as the most smart plugs as they are all manufactured by Tuya (a Chinese company) which are then branded by different companies. I went for Wipro as they are a reputed brand and though the product is the same as other brands, I'm hoping they will be better to deal with for warranty support if needed. So here are my thoughts:1. Being a generic product, you can use the branded Wipro app or the Smartlife app to control. If you have different branded smart plugs then better to use smartlife to integrate them all in one app.2. Wifi could be a bit finicky - it connected easily with my jiofi and jiofiber router but refused to connect to my tplink router for setting up. Not sure why. I ended up setting up the product with my jiofi and then changed the tplink SSID to match jiofi SSID and then it works.3. It returns to previous state after a power failure- this is both good and bad depending on your needs. There is no control in the apps (wipro and smartlife) to select if you want to default it to previous state or default to off. I wanted to use it for my water pump and so I want it to default it to off but it won't. Imagine if it was on and there is power cut for 4 hours - the pump will be back on after power resumes so you'll have to keep an eye if it's online or offline all the time- not good if you wanted to control this remotely. If it's controlling your geyser or AC then no big deal.4. Reliability- this is the main issue if you want to use it remotely. I tested the schedule and countdown timer features. If there is wifi failure then the schedules or timers that are already set will keep working. Different story in case of power failure- I tested the countdown timer by switching it on, turning on the timer for it to switch off and then cut the power after some time. When the power cut was for a smaller duration than the timer, it switched off per the timer, but when the power cut was longer than the timer duration then it would not switch off. There goes my plans to control my pump remotely.Bottom Line: These things are still evolving and most of the above issues are software related. There needs to be an option to select the power state after power failure and wifi should be more robust. You don't want this to get offline after switching on a device. For the time being, I think it is good for tinkering but certainly not reliable enough for critical applications. I think the Amazon smart plug has better controls but they only make the 10A version.
