Works
Quite some time ago I had a big fancy lead acid UPS but I was disappointed how quickly batteries have died. With that, having pretty reliable utility and what I was trying to power it didn't seem to be worth the hassle so for long time I didn't have one.Now with emergence of lithium-ion batteries and the longevity they are promising I have decided to try one out.Nowadays, I have a whole house backup system but it is not quite fast enough to ensure all the devices survive the switchover so I just needed small fast backup device to span the gap. This fits the bill. Since the purchase we had a few power blips and it kept devices alive with no problem. The only small thing that is bothersome is that it seems to be slow coming out of the battery mode. As mentioned, it only needs to provide power of a fraction of a second while the big system kicks in, but it would continue beeping for what it seems like 10-15 minutes (not measured - just a gut feeling). Don't know if it really uses battery during that time or is it just the beeping. You could hush it, but I'd rather it would just be more reactive.

So far so good
I purchased this because I felt a lithium-ion UPS would be more efficient and last longer than a regular acid battery UPS. My router, modem and Ooma phone base are connected to the three UPS outlets. I got this to keep the power going for the internet-based phone in case of an electricity outage in the house. For longer term power I have a couple of Bluetti power stations that can be hooked up if needed. I tested the unit when I had to switch some plugs around. The unit beeped to alert me to the power being disconnected, and the UPS kicked in without any interruption. We thankfully haven't had any power outages so I can't make any further comments. I just hope I never really have to make use of this UPS but it is good to have just in case.

Met factory specs
I received the UPS in an undamaged box, on time delivery. The UPS unpackaged easily in well designed packaging with no damage. Plugged the UPS in and after several hours tested the UPS output. Note: there is no display to indicate fully charged. I plugged in a 250 watt ceramic space heater with an integral fan. Total rated capacity is 250 watts. I unplugged the UPS then started the heater with both UPS and fan in a room at 68 degF ambient. The UPS beeped per design indicating loss of power. Beep changed rate as battery dropped charge per design spec. UPS ran the load for 4 mins and 36 sec, then shut down. RMS voltage is within spec. Don’t have a way to measure waveform quality.

Terrible product
Something tripped the alarm this evening and the alarm has been on for 45 minutes straight. I can't mute it even after the instructions in the manual. Not sure what to do at this point except to put it on the other side of the house and wait.Last time this happened, I tried calling phone support and it took 20 minutes and 4 transfers to get to the right department. But since this is a consumer unit, they don't care very much about the support, as their support department caters to bigger business clients. I wish I could return it, but I'm out of the window. I'm not sure I want a replacement unit if they offer.tl;dr alarm doesn't turn off when tripped. Customer service doesn't care.

Yes, you can mute the alarm at anytime and it sticks!
My biggest concern with this was could I mute the alarm even if the alarm was not going off. The answer is YES. This is small, light, and just the right price point for my comm closet. Yes, I wish I could monitor it, but with the price, a 5yr warranty and 8-10 yr battery lifespan, I’ll be ok. I searched for the same battery supposedly in this (12.8V 3000 mAh (38.4Wh)), and the prices were 75+. Given that this package includes battery management and surge suppression, I consider the price a steal. It’s sealed with 4 Philips screws, I don’t see any anti-tamper tape, but not taking my chances of opening until after the warranty period. Have not tested runtime or anything else, but I will update this as I learn more. I’ll certainly be ordering another.UPDATE: The only negative is the smell. It has a very strong electronics smell.

Outstanding and doesn't use antiquated lead acid batteries
I've been trying to find a good UPS that uses a lithium-ion battery. This battery is fantastic. The setup was a breeze, and so far, it's working great. Like any UPS, the alarm goes off without power, but a simple double-tap on the power button shuts off the alarm. I love that it's lithium-ion and not lead-acid. There are many benefits over lead-acid, not to mention the concerns—no matter how far-fetched—of having a large amount of lead in a sulfuric acid bath sitting in your living room.

Not even close to the standby power that is stated
1 year in, a 25Watt load, didn't last 5 minutes (but should have lasted over 26 minutes according to the specifications sheet) *Sigh* Another manufacturer making up stats that they don't meet.
