This product does exactly as it says! My husband's ears were compacted with wax, we first ried one of those camera ear scrapers but it caused pain and wasn't getting the job done so we tried this.WOW! What a difference! It was not painful at all and the wax all came out. It took a couple bottles of water but his ears are like new again! Dont waste your money on the camera ear wax "cleaners" those can cause real damage, this product is just like what the Doctors use and no risk of injury, super easy to use, and gets the job done. I spent a lot of time on Amazon reading reviews and looking for the right product, THIS IS IT!!!

After years of cleaning ears with Q-tips, a lot of wax was pushed back into my ears close to the ear drum. This was a problem particularly in my right ear. I tried another ear irrigation device but didn't have much luck as the tip of the nozzle didn't go very deep and the only served to wet my ear on the outside.I received the item earlier today and plugged it in to charge It took about 2 hours to charge fully. The water tank is nice and big and carries 3 or 4 times the amount of water as the other device. I filled the tank with warm water put it on high water pressure.The gray nozzle went deep into my ear and literally BLASTED warm water into my ear. A huge plug of wax popped out and my hearing improved instantly! (Pic attached)My right ear was literally hearing better than my left ear so I repeated the process with my left ear. A huge glob of wax also fell out of that ear though not as bad as the other ear. My hearing in both ears was instantly improved! I will continue to use this product periodically to maintain the cleanliness of my ears.
