Very sturdy, easy assembly, portable, foldable, lightweight and versatile

Super affordable and very well made. I weigh 210 lbs and I'm 6 foot tall and use this bench every other day for my workout routine. It has held up for over a year without any wear on the padding. It has multiple functions and is a easy set up! I would highly recommend for any at home work out as it it compact and easy to use.

This was easy to assemble and does the job. There is a good range of angles the bench can be set to and it is stable at each setting. The stretch bands fit over each of the sides of the supports and are surprisingly useful for warming up through a range of motions. My only real complaint is that everything is slightly too small. I'm six feet tall and my head is unsupported (incline bench part is about 25" and I would need 28" so that my head is supported). When the bench is flat, there's plenty of room. This is a small complaint about a product that is inexpensive and works great.

Purchased this for my weight loss journey and nice piece to have for a small home gym. Bench is comfortable. Works great with my younger athletic sports kids too. Happy with this for our home gym.

Easy to set up, sturdy, and fits well in a pretty small space. I don't get a lot of wobble generally, adjustment is easy, and it fits my at home workout needs pretty well!

This is a great workout bench! Easy to put together, sturdy, and easily compactible if it needs to be moved or stored. I love the range of angles the bench can be set at too, which makes it very versatile for doing different exercises and working different muscles. Good product at a good price and I am happy with my purchase.

Great little bench for a small home gym. May be short for tall people. I’m 5’9” and when I lock my feet under the ankle bar the upper bar is a little low to be perfect but padding is nice.

Pros: this bench is easy to assemble out of the box. It folds up really well and his light weight. It’s easy to adjust the back pad up and down.Cons: since the seat part does not adjust to accommodate different angles, you cannot comfortably use this bench for decline purposes. It’s probably OK for doing ab crunches, but it’s not even safe to do decline chest exercises. I’ve tried maneuvering it several ways but it’s not comfortable and not safe.
