This is my fourth Purple Mattress. We had switched to a Sleep Number bed for the adjustable base as I have many injuries and the adjustable base helped me sleep a bit better but I missed the Purple Matrix comfort. It then dawned on me that a Twin XL is the same size as half a split king so I ordered a Purple Twin XL. Of course, I ordered the wrong mattress and wasn't happy.I called Purple and explained I wanted the better mattress with springs and would gladly pay for the upgrade. Purple sent me the mattress I wanted and picked up the one I had mis-ordered. No hassle friendly service.As I stated, this is my fourth Purple. The comfort for me is second to none and that, coupled with an adjustable base made my ideal bed. Plus the customer service and guarantee are also top notch and second to none. If you are thinking of trying a purple, stop thinking and order it. If my experience is any indication you will be happy.

I ordered this mattress thinking it was going to be very comfortable and soft and it's not. More sleepless nights then sleep because of how uncomfortable it is. Not to mention it is extremely heavy and being a single woman, I cannot lift it or move it not even an inch. So disappointed 😥

The mattress is very comfortable, but the shipping was a nightmare. They actually ship through FedEx, who delivered it to the wrong address. It was supposed to require a signature, but they just abandoned the packaged without one. Finally, while it technically arrived early, there was no notification that it had been delivered, so the package was left out in the weather a few days. While most of that blame lies with FedEx, the seller here was zero help in trying to track it down. Considering how expensive this mattress is, I'm very disappointed with their customer service.

This mattress is the best ever. My husband and I have enjoyed our first month owning this mattress. If one moves, the other does not feel it, promoting more sleep for both of us. This mattress is our new best friend!

Not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Gave it over a year to “ break in” definitely not plush as it says, started getting back and shoulder pain unfortunately

I did tons of research on this and everyone said its great. However I found it to be similar to mattresses in a bag that cost much less. I had to buy a latex topper to make it somewhat comfortable. I think I would prefer a traditional mattresses over this. This has no business costing what it does.

I'm so glad I finally splurged on this! I have saved up for a couple of years, and this bed has been so worth it! Definitely recommended the sheets and pillows for the best feel. Getting an adjustable base made all the difference!
