Don’t by Eureka Forbs products…they have worst service and products…they will not send there service engineer timely…and when you call there customer care they only escalate your complaint and nothing will happen…

Classic case of misselling by a companyBought a filter last year which is still under warranty.. but yesterday it suddenly stopped working. Got a Service Engineer to visit today after multiple follow-upHe surprisingly shared that there is a chip in the filter which automatically switches off water after 6000 litres without any indication whatsoever … I now have to replace the filter paying 2500This has to b done every year … basically paying 50 paise for every litre of water filteredNo one informed this while selling the Product…A Tata company doing this unimaginable

Delivered a faulty piece. The motor does not start even after an hour's item. Ideally, as per the instructions, it should start in few minutes. Taking a very long time even to pickup the item for return.

Beware !!! Before buying any #WaterPurifiers from @EurekaForbes. I bought a #Classic+ in March 2023, and by the time it was end of October, had to pay Rs.2550 for new filters. Why? As per @EurekaForbes, because I had filtered 6000 litres of water. If the filters stop working, it means 6000 litres+. No other way of measuring. (Like, heads I win, tails you loose). So, for a machine worth Rs.10-11000, be prepared to spend some Rs.2500-2600 every 8-9 months.This company was originally into swindling until competition came up. Then they spruce up their act, got new customers, now back to swindling ways.
