Lovely crackers that I am able to eat!
It is so nice not to have to make my own crackers. They are much better than I can make. They are long-fermented sourdough, which as a diabetic and an IBS sufferer, I can eat. They are well-made and well-packaged.

Arrived broken
Sadly crackers arrived broken in pieces. Can only salvage about 12-15 crackers for my 60 charcuterie cups. These are non returnable so can’t even exchange for an unbroken pack of crackers.

These are delicious! Very crisp, not too salty, with a great overall balance to the flavor.

Got hooked on these when Costco sold them, then, customarily for Costco, they stopped stocking them so now I get them through Amazon!

These crackers are far from “artisan”, and look nothing like the photo on the package. Bland.The only thing that saves these is the various dips I can whip up to rescue them.
