He probado muchos tipos de parches pero este en específico ha sido el mejor; la primera semana que lo usé pensé no funcionaba muy bien porque venía de dormir 3 horas y solo logré dormir cuatro y en efecto como dice tarda como en surtir efecto a la hora , hora y media aproximadamente después de colocarse en el brazo; pero la segunda semana de uso continuo comencé a dormir 5 y 6 horas y noté que el tiempo de activación en mi cuerpo después de colocar se redujo a 45 minutos a una hora y la tercera semana hasta la fecha duermo perfectamente 8 horas o un poco más sino colocó despertador para no quedarme dormida; y ahora mismo me coloco el parche y a los 10 minutos de estar en cama me duermo; voy por el cuarto mes de estar usándolo y ha sido una bendición haberlo encontrado porque me estaba volviendo loca por no dormir ; las pastillas de receta por el doctor primario no me cayeron bien y esto realmente ha sido un descubrimiento. Solo que como les comento hay que tener paciencia si vienen de tener insomnio fuerte.

I'm disappointed. I thought it was safe to try these sleep patches. I'm familiar with the ingredients. The description sounded risk-free. Amazon is usually wonderful about returning items. Why not try, right? Wrong. I used my first patch last night, following their instructions to the letter. I could tell immediately that they had an odor, but it was not a chemical order, more like an essential oil odor, but not a light, flowery or gingery or pleasant (to me) smell. I woke up in the night with my head FILLED with the smell, and that was the end of my sleep. I immediately got online to return the item and it's not returnable. WHAT?? I read how other people had a dickens of a time getting in touch with the company for a refund. I read the entire product description, twice, and still didn't see anything about "all sales final". Maybe I'm just stupid or blind, but I still don't see it. I'm willing to take down this review, or modify it, if I can get a refund.Had I known this was going to be an ordeal, I wouldn't have bought TWO x $20 packages. I was going to experiment with these with one of my children. Hers is a separate order, shipped to a different state. Am I going to have to do this twice if she doesn't like hers? I told her about my experience, and if she didn't open her package she could send it back and it would be resellable.I've wasted $20 ($40 if my child doesn't like it) before, but I would have appreciated knowing the risk before spending the money.Now I have to rinse out my sinuses and wash my bedding to get rid of the smell or I'll have a terrible day and another sleepless night. It's not just a waste of money, it's been a waste of an hour so far today (and it's not even 8 am) and more time to clean up the mess.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've used other patches before, I am enjoying this one a bit more. I like the texture of the patch itself, it stays in place as I sleep and it is still comfortable to remove in the morning. It provides the right amount to help me get asleep and fall back asleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. I feel good in the morning, well rested and easy to shake off the sleepiness so I can get my day started. My only request is that I would like more lavender added. I am happy with the product and purchase.

Edited to add: customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund. I have not changed my mind about the product, but I have added a star to my review due to excellent customer service, which is very valuable from my point of view.Original review: When I started using these patches 5 months ago, I liked them very much. Using the extra strength allowed me to cut them in half. There was no thickness to them, they peeled off easily, and left no adhesive or product behind. I had not noticed any odor to them. Last month, I received my shipment and the product is now different, and I do not find it as effective as before. The patch is now a thin foam pad, and, hurts my skin when I remove it, and leaves both a residue and adhesive behind. I also noticed an odor to it. Unlike another reviewer, I couldn’t get the remaining adhesive off with soap and water. I tried rubbing alcohol which helped, and lotion which also helped. In the end, I had to “wear” it off. I also believe the formula has changed as well, since I didn’t find it as nearly effective as before the change. I switched to using a whole pad, but still don’t believe I got the same benefits as the old style delivered. The new patch feels greasy now, in addition to feeling super sticky. The new style patch didn’t come off during the night, but the old style didn’t either. I dislike the changed product and have stopped autoship. I am now going to order different brands in an attempt to find one I like as well as I did this one, prior to the change in the patch. I gave 2 stars, as it is a patch and did provide some benefit for my sleep. For purposes of comparison, I would have ranked the prior patches with 5 stars.

I don't like taking [sleeping] pills or even over the counter sleep aids but having chronic insomnia will make you experiment with options. After trying this for approximately one month, I've noticed a positive change in sleeping habits: I actually get sleepy, go to bed earlier and always dream. I'm experimenting placing the patch on different parts of the body; my right wrist bruised for a week; left arm and thighs had no problem w/bruising. I believe the patches will become more effective after longer use. My only complaint is the package only contains 28 patches when there are 30-31 days in the month. C'mon Wellamoon....at least give us a full month's supply!
