Good product
3rd Time buying a Zap product, the product is wonderful and very cost effective.

Poor quality and worst service
It was an utterly disappointment when I went for buying this product. Quality of chrome was so poor that shower stand broke while installation. Then flow of water was bare minimal as had blockages inside it. When I asked ZAP to replace it they responded after 1 week that they can send a cartridge for flow improvement and can't replace stand as it's not their policy to replace a broken product. For cartridge then they asked for another video to examine closely. Upon waiting for 10 days I bought the phase and stand from outside. Causing extra money and delay for me. Never buy such new companies and existing companies like hindware, jaguar are more reliable be it extra cost.

Quality is good, but not the saler.
The main mixture is of good quality brass but at first I received incomplete product and also in the replacement again I got incomplete product so I have compelled to return it and purchase a new one from local market though it is of another brand and higher value.

Very reasonable price and quality best
Very good quality materials, installation charges very low. Looks elegant. Top notch quality as branded fuscet. Kitkat operation. Let's see it's chrome quality after use, will write letter. Overall very nice product.

Hand shower is leaking on the first day itself
The media could not be loaded. Hand shower is leaking from sides ,due non availability of plumber installed after a month return window is closed , threading in the holder is very less ,not durable
