They are wonderful but I wish the coldness lasted longer. Sometime I have to put it back in the freezer to reuse it if my headache is still lingering. It does hold a smell from the freezer. But otherwise I’d purchase another for sure!

This cap provides great headache relief. It’s cold but not too cold, and the pressure provided is just right. I do wish it stayed cold longer but I’m not sure that’s a design flaw really. I often use it just for sleep improvement as it really does block all light.

I keep the item in the refrigerator and it is amazing when that unreal headache sets in. I have chronic migraines and the comfort that it gave me right on the spot that throbs is heavenly. I do agree with everyone that you should purchase 2 of them to switch out. It is very comforting when you just don’t know how you’re going to make it. No weird smells… I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’m weird about wet hair and my hair does not feel gross afterwards either.
