Now I can play 1 ps5 on 2 tvs or my ps5 and xbox on 2 different tvs. This thing is great. I wish It was a 3-way out so I could throw my switch on the 3rd tv. But I have a workaround for it.remote is handy too.

Let me start my saying this is what you need if you've got more than one hdmi switch on your home office equipment. ARC output, optical audio port and a headphone jack.... makes it that much more awesome! The EDID toggle on the front is perfect if you need that extra level of customization or you need to tweak the minor details, however in most instances leaving it on the default 0000 is perfect!4 inputs to 2 outputs. My setup is as follows:Inputs: FireStick, Xbox, Laptop, security cameras.Outputs: Gaming monitor, wall mounted TV.I love this little box it's truly prefect for managing my system and easily allows me to swap between what's on which screen. Also having the option to duplicate the screen is always sweet! Buttons on the front make it super easy to swap between inputs on both screens. Swapping is near instant and passing through the unit has near zero lag (unnoticeable even gaming!) I'm using the optical audio out to connect to a sound bar and haven't had a single issue yet.Sitting at around $40, it's 100% worth every penny.My only complaint is that the instructions guide was too small to see the EDID settings. You're better off taking a screen shot of the Amazon listing a printing it off yourself.

Works well. My only complaint is there is no way to sync both outputs to change them with a single button.

I looked for a very long time for a solution to my particular office setup. I routinely swap between a 40" computer monitor and a 4k monitor between my work laptop, home laptop, game system and whatever side work device I'm rebuilding/configuring. This device gives me easy to discern visual indicators, and a nice clean output quality. The added sound breakout DIP switches are just icing on the cake. Only added feature I could ask for would be USB ports, but that would send this price point upwards.

I bought this, the first one worked sometimes; flickering monitors. This item burned out several of my HDMI cords. This would not work with my desktop (brand new) at all, and would constantly break connection with my laptop. I returned it and tried a second unit thinking it was just a bad unit. Nope. Not great. Still doesn’t want to connect one screen to any of the ports: one of the output slots didn’t work at all. The box and my cords just kept getting hot. Not great.

Switching between two Mac laptops, which were ultimately directed toward two 50" screens. There was no glitch or delay when switching, and I was able to extract audio from the 3.5mm miniplug and send it to a mixer for amplification. NOTE: when plugging in a laptop that's already turned on, it's best to disconnect the input to the mixer by unplugging the hdmi cable and then reinserting it. When I did that, the switcher recognized the video AND audio hdmi feed, but otherwise, the audio did not flow through the switcher to the miniplug.

I needed something to split my HDMI inputs to different outputs simultaneously, and to switch those inputs. This accomplishes that.

I work from home and have a gaming computer set up. So rather than investing in multiple desk setups this allows me to switch between them seamlessly with a press of a button. 4 sources in and 2 out. Haven't had any issues.
