Good M&B until. you need to change the head. Impossible to remove the used head. I am thinking of sawing the handle. Any suggestions welcomed.

I ordered the mop bucket + two mops as needed one that can get into corners well.Now I’ll be honest, I have used industrial mops at work which last years. Unfortunately this mop heads areCompletely rubbish compared to industrial mops. So although the bucket is as standard, nothing wrongwith the bucket, the mops are as cheap as chips, and have to be the worst I have ever used.So the mops themselves, and you receive two are of a long straggly length. Fine when using, but whenthey go in a short wash, which they need to for prevention of infection, they come out and shred everywhere.Bits are coming off, and all tangled up. If you try to untangle they fall off. So completely useless.Now for the pole. The pole is off a decent length, I am 5ft 9”. To fit the mop head is extremely difficult.The mop head does not screw in, even though there are screw sections to do so. It’s the case of pressingDown hard, then using. If you do not press down hard enough, the mop flys off ! Even worse when tryingTo remove the mop head, have to use your feet and pull the mop head off. This is unacceptable, and aridiculous design fault. Mop heads were so much better when you could just unscrew. This is just a cheapDesign. I am only giving this mop bucket and two mop heads 3* only for the bucket really.The mop head is only worth few pence to be honest, and I am certainly not impressed.I may pay a lot more for hospital or school grade mop heads, but they will last years, not just a wash.So I do not recommend, the bucket fine, but not the pole or mop heads, completely falling a part.I do not recommend for anyone who is disabled or the elderly.⭐️Thank you to the seller⭐️I hope my review helps you.

Good quality mop with the bonus of having two heads. The handle feels reliably strong when wringing out the mop and the bucket is a good standard bucket. Very handy that the mop handle can be taken appart and the whole thing stored in the bucket between uses so it can go under the sink

The item is of excellent quality and does the job very well, so much so that I've ordered another! One problem I encountered was that the first item was not delivered to my own address, but this besides, the quality is still there.
