Works!
I researched the ingredients and found that Angelica root extract is the main ingredient, the other ingredients I think are to mask the flavor as the root tastes like a root. If you want a more potent version buy Angelica root extract but this tea does work, got me off Benedryl!

I've Been Drinking This for Years
I've always had bad allergies every spring to most pollens to the point where I wake up to runny noses and watery eyes nearly every morning. Medication helped for a while but slowly became less effective so I decided to try out herbal teas as a bonus helper of sorts. I've tried many different types of herbal allergy teas but this is the only one that ever had any substantial effect and I've been using it ever since. I recommended it to friends over the years and they've all had similar effects on their allergies. Great product.

I call this my dirt tea...and I love it
Years ago an Acupuncture Physician gave me some sort of "dirt" powder to mix with hot water for a sinus infection that wouldn't budge even after two courses of antibiotics. It was gone in 24 hours. The smell and taste of this concoction was very earthy (hence the dirt reference), but I grew to love it because it worked so well. This tea is the closest thing I have found to my dirt. It smells the same, but lighter, and it reminds me that healing is on the way. I love it and drink it anytime my sinuses are clogged or allergies are kicked up. It works for me.

Bags fall apart
Not the best tasting tea, but not horrible. No noticeable sinus relief. The worst thing is that the tea bags are very flimsy and some fall apart while steeping, leaving loose tea in the cup. I won’t be buying this again.

Somewhat effective
Everybody is different, which is why I tend not to write reviews for herbal products, and given my sinus conditions, I'll stick to the tea side of this.Taste: earthy tones, easily drinkable, but better with a little stevia.Teabags: horrible. They don't let the tea steep properly. Air can get trapped in them, and you have to use a spoon to press on the bag to get anything out, otherwise it's not very medicinal, but be careful because they're likely to rupture as well. It's better to tear the tea bag open and brew it loose leaf style.Update: after tearing the bags open and pouring the tea into a paper filter bag that I know is good, I had the same effect of poor steeping, so the tea bags are okay, it's the fineness of the grind of some of the tea components that cause the tea bag to get clogged. It's still better to brew it loose leaf style and even better in a cafe press.

THIS PRODUCT WORKS!
Its allergy season which usually means large amounts of sudafed. I don't particularly like the side affects of sudafed and have tried tons of different decongestants. This is the first thing other than sudafed to actually work! I have not tried it during a sinus migraine yet but for moderate congestion it works wonders. Smells a bit off but the taste is just fine. Make sure to seep it for 10-15 mins or it won't work. Give it about 10-20 mins to kick in. Seems to last for 3-4 hrs. No side affects that I can tell. So glad to be rid of the racing heart side affect and dry mouth/ sore throat that comes with sudafed. It works great paired with a sinus rinse or netty pot.
