Not bad
Bought this for my teenage son to try.Have tried a few different things and this has definitely helped.His skin isn't perfect but it’s definitely clearer and remaining spots seem less angry and red looking.I just wish it wasn’t so expensive.

Very gentle cleanser
My daughter has started using serum and day cream about 4 weeks prior to adding cleanser. I think cleanser has helped the results to be more evident and it’s super gentle in the skin. She would normally get dry skin from using any soap/cleanser product, that’s why she would normally just stick to water, but we decided to try this out - and so far (couple of weeks) no regrets, using once a day, in the evenings and no dry skin effect. So it’s good for sensitive skin in my opinion.

Product feels nice on your skin and smell is pleasant but unfortunately you hardly get half a bottle which is very disappointing at nearly £30 for a tiny bottle.
