Considering this is such a basic, simple tin opener, it’s absolutely brilliant, and one of the best that I’ve ever used, if not the best. I have tried many tin openers through the years; some have been expensive and some have been at the cheaper end of the scale, but this is better than all of them. It’s nicely made and feels reasonably robust. The handles are quite soft and have a bit of give to them, so they're comfortable to hold, and don’t hurt your hands. The bit that you turn is chunky and easy to hold, plus it feels sturdy. The cut is excellent, and it’s smooth with no jagged edges.One of the best things for me is that you can open out the tin opener to more than 180 degrees, so it is very simple to not only clean properly, but to dry, too. Very pleased indeed, and happy to recommend.

A kitchen must - forget the cheap supermarket can openers that don’t last 5mins. This is SO easy to use and cuts like a knife to butter. Well worth the price as they are built to last. Don’t look further, buy them. You won’t regret it

FOR THICKER GAUGE CANS I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CAN OPENER 100%. This can opener was purchased to open thick cans. I have struggled for years with other can openers on thicker cans. This one does it with ease. It is light weight and works so well. It also has a bottle top opener on it. As an Engineer (retired) my only quibbles would be that the black plastic turn handle should also be made from metal. If it were to be damaged the can opener would be useless. There is no magnet to hold the can lid, so you need to be a bit careful when you remove it.

Exellent opener, easy to use good for weak hands. Love the soft handles, positive action on use. It can be fully oped up to clean it and the action goes thru cans like a knife thru butter. As stated, the best opener on the market especially for the price. No gimmicks etc. 10 out of 10. Great design, safe. My only beef is the lid of the can if allowed to fall in the product can be awkward to remove, just leave a bit of the lid attached to the can and use the squared bit of the opener to lift it, simple

It just glides around every tin we have tried it on, and the tin is open, its brilliant.

Pretty much echoing what everyone else has said here however they are not wrong, this can opener is amazing and by the far the best I've ever used!!!It cuts so easily and well like a knife through butter, is easy to do, has nice soft handles that grip easily and opens up nicely for cleaning too, it's really good!!!Definitely worth every penny and much better than buying the cheap ones that don't cut half as good or last very long either!!This is awesome, best can opener ever!!
