Good After Sales Service
This review is written 16 months after receiving the product from Anker. The review is about the after sales service (I am quite happy with the performance of the unit too.) that I have experienced from the Customer Service Team of Soundcore. The 5 stars review indicates that I am happy with their service including their swift and kind responses. I believe good services deserve encouragement.In brief, I reported to Soundcore that I was not able to report my claim from their webpage on 14 May. Their Customer Service took over and agreed to get an replacement unit for me on 18 May after I answered all their questions. I received the unit from Amazon (my 1st choice of online purchase) on 23 May. I tested the unit for 3 days and decided I have to put my experience in writing. Good service, Soundcore.

Amazing little speaker
An amazing little speaker! Small and mighty with perfect sound! I bought it to use in the garden and when we go away. The sound is just as good as Bose and for the price it won’t break the bank! It’s light and portable, made well and waterproof!
