Works without stimulation.
I’m suffer from severe fatigue due to several chronic health conditions. I cannot tolerate stimulants due to an abnormally fast heart rate, PTSD/anxiety, and an over active central nervous system. So no caffeine, no cognitive performance enhancers etc for me. This actually works by strengthening the body for activity and relaxing blood vessels to increase 02 and circulation. It helps increase my endurance, lifts me out of a fog, keeps my body from “over heating” due to physical or mental activity. It won’t make you hyper or act like an upper. It makes me calm, steady, and feel strong and clear headed enough (emphasis on the clear mind) to function as if I were healthy again. And it has to boost my immune system, which I definitely need. Without being so graphic as to make this review inappropriate - I was at first impressed with these pills as they allowed me to participate in lewd activities for more than one round. I would of course ask your doctor before using this as you should with any supplement.In short, a nice way to get an extra amount of rigidity and power out of bedroom performance.

I took this and I gave it everything I could think of. This made me lethargic. So fatigued it was challenging to keep my eyes open. I wish this worked well, since it's so easy for me to just take these. I do not consume caffeine nor sugar. There wasn't anything that would block this or negate it or challenge it. It would have been very easy for this to work into my system. I used this as soon as I woke up, so it's the first thing in my stomach with nothing else. I tried different things after that, even tried taking another dose later in the day, still nothing. I wonder if I got a bad batch. It just didn't make sense. My eyes were so heavy. I just wanted to crawl to my bed and sleep for days.
