I just started using this, so I can't attest to the effectiveness of it. What I do like so far is that it has no taste and the texture of it is almost non existent. I've tried other liquid vitamin Ds and they have been so thick and oily. Gross. This one is good.

Effective and easy
This vitamin D is highly effective. I was severely vitamin D deficient. My level was about 17. I took it for 8 weeks as prescribed by my doctor at 50,000 IU per week and brought my levels up to the normal range in the mid 60s. I’m now taking about 800 IU daily as directed. I appreciate that it is vegan and easy to take and adjust the dose.
