Q: My grandma has pictures on a bunch of cds -- will i be able to use this drive to transfer all the pictures to her chromebook?

In general yes. I have experienced a few DVDs containing a folder of photographs that were not accessible. However, after several failed efforts, I was able to copy them to a flash drive through the use of an internal optical drive that was installed in a desktop tower. So I guess my answer is that it should work, but if not, try alternate, and preferably internal, optical drives.

If it's anything like the one I got, it did for a very short time, then died. Waste of money. Ended up getting a reliable drive from Plextor for my desktop. My opinion is that it was a piece of crap.

Q: Will this dvd player work with aocwei Android tablet version 12?

I don’t know I ordered it for my laptop on windows 11 and never had any issues.
