Much better than the strap on mirrors!
Had the strap on mirrors that fit over sideview mirrors of my 2003 Tundra, which pulled my 2000 trailer, in other words, the mirrors fit the picture…old looking. Purchased a 2018 tundra max cab, along with a 2022 gray wolf trailer, and wanted a better look that did the job. Saw these mirrors, and read some reviews of people not liking them due to vibration. Purchased them anyway, and VERY happy I did. They actually have a custom look, that slip right over existing sideview mirrors, AND, I am extremely happy with them. They come with these rubber strips inside the cover “used” to minimize any vibration. And if they still vibrate, add another rubber strip. There is this piece of paper that comes with these great trailer mirrors, called “directions” read them. Ha haPls don’t take direction joke personal….I, like most men, don’t read them anyway.

Mirror Vibrates While Driving
The mirrors fit my 2008 Toyota Tundra perfectly. They snapped onto the existing mirrors within one minute of unboxing. And can come off again in the same amount of time. They add an extra few inches to the outside of your existing mirrors and give you enough width to see behind your vehicle. From the front of the vehicle they looked really great. They are inexpensive, and as such they’re missing a few features. They require you to manually adjust the tilt of the mirrors. So when you switch drivers they likely will not work without you pushing the mirrors up/down or out/in. They also do not have a strong mechanism to hold the mirrors still. When driving down the road the mirrors vibrate which makes it hard to have clarity of what you’re looking at. It can even be a little distracting to see the vibrating mirrors out of the corner of your vision. For the price, they’re about right. If you’re looking for a cheap solution to seeing behind your trailer/truck, this will work great.I review based on value, and based on the value these hit the mark, four out of five. If these cost more they’d get 2 or 3 out of five.

I've tried 'em all for the Tundra, and these are THE BEST!
Lsst month I was trying to install my CIPA 11300 Toyota Tundra Mirror Extensions and failing miserably. I just couldn't make them work and had to return them.CIPA 11300 Toyota Tundra Custom Towing Mirrors - Sold as PairI had resigned to using a strap-on cheap-o mirror from Camping World. That is, until this "Fit System" product recommendation popped up on my Amazon page. These arrived this morning and right on time, too, because I was taking the travel trailer in for some warranty work. I got to use them out on the interstate. By far the least amount of vibration I've had from any mirror extension. That is a testament to how well these fit over the factory mirrors. Vibration from a mirror extension is going to happen no matter what product is chosen, but Fit System has done a great job minimizing it.Monumentally easy to attach, which would suggest they aren't secure. Well, they really are! These mirrors were engineered the way that I wish the CIPA's were. They snap right over the top and bottom of the OEM mirror and appear as though they came from the factory. The ABS is high quality and I bet these will last as long as I own my Tundra. These can also be folded in with the OEM mirror.

Way cheaper than buying tow mirrors for your Tundra
They snap on easily and the fitment is impressive. Caution though, they will scratch up your mirror fronts if they are painted. could use for foam on the inside to keep them from scratching.

Not as good as OEM mirrors, but worth it for the $$.
The media could not be loaded. A week before a 5,000 mile cross country camping trip, I realized I needed some extended tow mirrors for my 2016 Toyota Tundra. My truck has Blind Side Monitoring mirrors, and the factory TOYOTA tow mirrors don't support that feature... And at $400 for them, I wasn't willing to pay that, and lose an important safety feature. My next option was extending the existing mirrors. I liked the clean OEM look of this kit, and they had good reviews, so I ordered up a set. They mount in a breeze, and look great.I waited til AFTER my trip to write this review so I could give a fair review. They came well packaged, had a nice storage bag, and were built pretty well. These mounted in a few seconds, and stood solid for 5,000+ miles. The extensions didn't affect my BSM sensors, which I was concerned about. The mirrors add a little more view behind the drivers side corner of the trailer that you couldn't see from the existing mirror. While it gives you that extra view, the mirrors buzz pretty good compared to the stock mirror next to it. (See video) You can see a car back there, but it's hard to make out the "brand" or perhaps "law enforcement affiliation" of the vehicle behind you. ;)The passenger side mirror isn't quite as good. It too vibrates, but the mirror makes things "appear closer..." so from across the cab, you can't see very much from it at all. You get a very hyper-focused area... So knowing the spot it's aimed at is very important. While I'm glad I had them, and used the drivers side mirror extension constantly, the passenger mirror was kind of useless. They are definitely worth the money, and recommend them over having nothing. For the occasional camping trip, these will work fine. If you are constantly pulling trailers, you may want to invest in the OEM Toyota tow mirrors.I will be using them for the next couple trips, but will probably swap to full tow mirrors eventually. If you need these as a quick fix, or occasional trip, they are money well spent. If you tow regularly, there is no substitute for the real deal.
