This took a little bit to put together, but all the pieces were there and two savvy guys took about an hour to get all the parts together. The battery was charged up per recommendations and the kids had a great time the next day. We bought a second battery so that one can always be charged while the other is being used, we ran into that issue 30 years ago with our son's car - especially with two kids. That'll keep it going. The colors and the decorations are perfect, as is the music that it plays. It's solid construction and took our granddaughter and grandson both around the block several times - The power is appropriate for a 3-year-old and the steering was responsive enough for a 3-year-old. It drove equally well on the sidewalk as well as the grass; no slipping or spinning on the grass. We bought this almost a year ago and it has continued to work well. Our granddaughter is now four and our grandson, almost three and it's really kept up with them. They still love playing with it.

It takes two hours to put together and it’s a bit frustrating, but it works fine and kids like it.
