Solid tool that gets the job done
Used this to remove a stripped bolt from my truck — worked great. The extractors feel strong and didn’t bend under pressure. You’ll need your own drill bits and a steady hand, but if you take your time, this set really works. Definitely worth having in the toolbox for those frustrating jobs.

unclear about wrench
Its unclear, how to rotate this tool. it ends with a quad which obsviously doesnt work with a hex wrench. When I used a drill to rotate, it snapped

I’d give more the 5 Stars!!
This is a lifesaving !!!I over tightened my shock bolt and broke the head off, I was worried if I should hire someone to extract it or get the whole thing replaced, but this extractor saved me ! It only took me less than 10 minutes.Thank you !!

Best extractor I've used by far.
By far the best easy outs / extractor ever especially for the price. In the second picture, I messed up on the drilling process. The craftsman extractor has very sharp threads, (unlike most easy outs) their fine and condensed and will dig in and grab the bolt.I worked as a engineer in the Navy, and I've seen all types of extractor tools, but not the craftsman tool. This should be the #1 tool issued to the NAVY and and it's fleet , knowing it's cost and effectiveness, this would have saved alot of time and tax payers money.

Not good quality at all
What a horrible set. The 2 smallest bits have such small and rounded square area, one you should be grabbing it by and turning, that it is very close to a cylinder, can't grab by that area, making 2 smallest bits useless.Overall, the whole idea is useless. You drill into a broken bolt stem then use these screws, when they go in, they widen the stem and push in a way where the stem jams even more. I think the thread is too close together too.

I didn't think it would work...and it didn't
To be fair, I was asking a lot from a pretty small tool. I was trying to extract a stripped bolt from a camshaft bearing cap. The extractor broke off in the hole, but I wasn't surprised, as there was still significant torque on the bolt. They probably work fine on some things. Just not this.

Definitely good for broken screen
Had a screw snap and this set worked as described. I got them tucked away in my tool box for any future mishaps. The price was perfect and the quality is tip top.
