Like it a lot, after being exchanged as received one was not new, 2nd one received was clean and new, easy to install, to setup for mapping, result is very good (vacuum and clean) after being used to and adjust setup with the following commentsdoesn't come close to glass door (5 cm) , corners (due to round shape) few snags with dirty water container, long hairs taken at 70 %recommended

Unfortunately, the product has not met my expectations in several key areas, and I am disappointed with its performance.The main issue I am encountering is extremely weak suction. The vacuum cleaner fails to pick up dirt effectively, especially from carpets. Instead of cleaning the surface, it seems to blow the dirt around, which makes the cleaning process even worse. Additionally, there seems to be no proper mapping or systematic cleaning. The vacuum operates randomly without any clear direction, resulting in inefficient and incomplete cleaning.Given these concerns, I am dissatisfied with the product, as it does not perform as advertised and does not justify the price I paid. It is not fulfilling its intended function, and I would like to request a return or a refund for this product.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter, whether through a return, replacement, or refund. I have used the N8+ before and it works very well, so I trust the quality of ECOVACS! Not long ago, I discovered the ecovacs‘s new addition - the X1 OMNI! It looks so cool! I decided to buy it to work with my N8+, it sounds perfect doesn't it? Now that I received and used the X1, it's really powerful! Cruise function! 3D modeling! I love its spin mop, it really does a deep clean! It's totally worth its price! Trust me, you will want to experience it!

This is one of my best buy. Although I gave 4 starts only for looking next model with few improvement.Product is excellent. Clean your home 95% of area. You need to work on corner.Sometime it gets stuck on objects. Biggest issue it cannot cross the small steps line 1 cm to other room.If you have plan home without steps this is perfect buy.

Purchased in August 22 with 1 year warranty and bought extended 1 year warranty.Robot was working fine until after 2 months of light usage when it start giving error, "CANNOT MOVE FURTHER, CHECK THE DRIVING WHEEL". Robot has been kept clean. Wrote seller feed back to contact me & it's been more than 2 working days now.Update April 23: Seller replaced with new unit, working perfectly since last 6 months. Customer support is excellent. 5 Stars.

Why do we buy a Robot vacuum cleaner? For convenience, right? Well let me tell you something, this machine is not convenient!The quality of the components, station and overall cleaning performance is pretty good but mopping function is "meh" at most. It requires 2 complete runs to actually clean very smooth tiles in my house. Although there's a heat dryer for the mopping pads, they get smelly just after some days so that function is not working great either.However, the worst and the most horrible thing about the robot is not that. Everything about cleaning, performance etc. they're all nothing when your robot constantly gets offline and you have to open the lid, turn it off and on, then re-setup to connect wifi every couple of days is just horrendous. There's no help in the internet, I couldn't find any support that can help and now I have an extremely expensive retarded robot in my house. I could give 3 stars but being "the most expensive" machine and having such a technological flaw makes it even worse.I'm frustrated as I cannot even sell it second hand because the price drops so high that I cannot buy a decent robot afterwards.I recommend going with other brands. I tried Ecovacs first and last time.EDIT!Not even 1 year old and one of the side brush rotors already died. I tried but found no official address or phone number for Dubai. I wish I have never bought this product! I'm dropping my review one more star to 1 star. If there was a zero star, I'd give that. If you value your money, find something with CUSTOMER SERVICE available.

After moving house, I decided to get a new robot vacuum to help me. I am very curious about the capabilities of the X1 omni. One day after placing my order, I received my home helper! It really has a lot of amazing abilities, I can actually check my room with it, I can use it to see if my kids are in danger! And very clearly！Of course it all happens with my permission! It has so many functions! Like a novelty toy! My favorite is that it's hot air drying and I don't have to clean the rag myself at all! It's all awesome!

The vacuum and mop function work good however the camera system doesn’t work at all. Contacted ecovacs help but they are redirecting from one location to another and there s no proper help. disappointed with the video manager and home patrol system and the lack of support
