I read many reviews complaining that the small metal cap on the bottle is difficult to remove. In the boxes I received, inside the box is a small white plastic tool made to pierce the center of the metal cap. Then there are many tiny straws included. One straw for each bottle. The straw has a sharp piercing point on one end and normal on the other end. So you first pierce the metal cap with the tiny tool, then you poke the sharp end of the straw into the bottle and drink the contents through the straw. No need to try and remove the metal cap.

It really perks me up big time. I don't like Chinese food products so don't use it daily. I am concerned about the lack of oversight. I have used it over the years sporadically and tried it recently.

I have ordered this several times over the years. It's my favorite way to use ginseng—so much so that I haven't tried them all.

Love this thing. It gives me energy when I need it and I don't feel guilty (like I did when I drank coffee) because it is all natural. Love the fact tat I am more focused when I take this. Will definitely purchase again.The only pet peev is to open the bottle. Opening the metal cap is fine but the rubber part on the incident is a challenge to remove so I simply pinch a hole in it with a fork and insert one of the straws that are included.

I purchased this product for energy support. At first I thought it was a sham because I didn't feel any different after 2-3 days of taking it (I took 2 vials a day), but then the effects kicked in on the 3rd or 4th day and I felt a good energy boost and without feeling jittery. So I think it's a good product.
