These pads have completely changed our nights. My son would soak through his diaper at least once a night. It hasn't happened once in the month since we started using these. I pair them with Amazon brand overnight diapers. He's 2 years old, about 32 pounds. We use the size 4-6 pads in size 6 diapers. I wish I could give these more than 5 stars!

These sposie pads are absolutely a life saver! Our toddler was peeing through overnight diapers every single night causing so much extra laundry and skin irritation, but we added a sposie every night and have completely solved the issue. We love sposie pads!

These saved the day! LO kept leaking overnight even when we sized up diapers and it was waking them up! These are easy to slip into their diaper before bed and now we have had zero leaks! Super glad we bought these!

My 20 month old was consistently leaking through his night time diapers. I didn't want to size him up and waste the pack of diapers I had already purchased so I found these and they have worked so well! We haven’t had anymore leaks since I’ve bought them. It’s a great price too!

My daytime potty trained three year old son was in nighttime pull ups, but was waking up soaked every morning. We were having to change his sheets every morning. I started using Sposies in his pull ups, and they were so absorbent. He was no longer wetting through his pajamas and I didn't have to wash sheets every day. The only annoying thing was that they have no adhesive on them, and can get bunched up or twisted. My son needed help every time he would get up to use the bathroom; we would have to put the Sposie back in for him when he put his pullups back on. However, that was a minor inconvenience compared to my son sleeping in overly wet pull ups every night. Would definitely recommend these and would use for my next kiddo!

Great. absorbent

Used daily for past year since my son was 1.5 as he would wake up every morning soaked through. Tried all different diapers, sized up, etc and he just needs this additional support to keep him dry! Super absorbent and long

I’ve never written a review before, but I feel I should share this as I noticed a few others had a similar experience. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a baby product. As soon as I opened the package, tiny gel-like particles spilled out everywhere — all over me and my baby. They were extremely difficult to clean, stuck to the skin, and I'm concerned about how my baby’s skin will react to it as I saw others have gotten rashes. I still don’t know if the material is toxic. I’m not usually very picky but this is unacceptable for any baby product these days. Please be careful before using!
