I'm not sure yet, I think it's a little early. I was using another supplement and after using it for a few months noticed no difference . It contained Turmeric & Black Pepper (no Moringa). I've been working on my weight anyway, but I feel a bit less hungry since taking this the last few weeks and have lost 2lbs. But again I am really working hard on losing weight. I have almost finished the first bottle and have ordered another one. I'm 65 and so far nothing else has worked. I'm also practicing intermittent fasting which is a first as well and usually don't eat until lunch. I have a wedding to go to in a month or so, I'm hoping I can lose several more pounds before then. I will post an update at that time.
