I initially tried this product because I was concerned about my joints during workouts. I am over 250lbs and any workout will create pressure and problems easily. I noticed a significant difference when I start using this product, I am not sure it is because of triflex or multivitamin, but my knees no longer have creaking sounds, and I am more energetic during workouts. Again, effects may vary, but if you have similar concerns with me, try this one out.

Stuff works, is it going to change your life prolly not. I bougt this hoping to relieve some shoulder and elbow pain and it did not, prolly be cause it's a tendon problem and not a joint. Been using for 2 months with regular exercise, hair nails grow stronger and faster, not to sure about my joints as they didn't really hurt before I started taking this so hopefhopefully they don't start now. Will prolly try something different next time.

I started using this product because I tore my MCL. With this and some stretching, I've been able to regain range of motion in my knee and I have not heard my knees crunching since I started using this product. I go hard at the gym and I think this has helped quite a bit.

I over worked my hip after taking these for a month the pain finally went away. It was slowly getting worse and worse. So I finally decided to try these. It took about two weeks before improvement but it stopped it from getting worse within days I noticed the pain stop worsening with each day. Then it slowly started to improve. It was completely cleared several days before I ran out of these but I just finished off the box. Did they really fix it, or was it all in my head? I know that pain was real just not sure this is what made it go away. I also took pain relievers but had done that all along. They didn't taste bad and was simple to keep up with since they are packaged in individual pouches. If I have hip pain like I did I would buy these immediately next time and see if it clears faster?

My husband is on the second box of these and there is noticable but very little difference is his joints and movement. Scale of 1-10 in joints maybe a 2.

I am a lifetime runner, 67 years old, and had gotten to the point of restricting my mileage because of typical aging related aches and pains.
