Battery dies pretty quick but fully functional
Battery generally lasts like 4 hours max. Great in every other area

It is a used laptop
The laptop works as it should. Connected to 4g data with a simple update from Panasonic. I use it for work everyday and works great. The batteries are pretty much toast though. They last about an hour and a half when being used. Maybe the supplier should check these a little more thoroughly. But again it is used and a fraction of the cost.

Could not get the Toughbook on cellular connection
Spent a lot of time with support but i was never able to connect may laptop with multiple AT&T SIMs. I tried to reach Sales to see if i could trade (even at a loss) but no response. We use it in the field so that cellular connection was the selling point for me. It works great otherwise, albeit slow but it's an old laptop. It only has 8 GB of Ram and old processor. It's also stuck at Windows 10. The batteries last about 1-1/2 or 2 hours using only 1 application on it and hotspotting it.

So far very happy with performance. Price was "good" but still too high.
Very sturdy built computer. Remanufacture job appears well executed. One battery tested at below stated acceptance standard but vendor promptly replaced the battery with no issues at all. The direct sunlight viewable screen really is viewable in bright sunlight when brightness is set to maximum level. However, at this maximum brightness level, and when running a somewhat high-CPU/GPU demand GPS mapping program, battery life is only about 4 hours.

It’s name fits!!!
I really like it but after 2 months it quit working my IT guy fixed it for less then $100.00 dollars. It was a renewed computer so it didn’t really upset me.
