this item is good for cleaning out my ears

I've had my BEBIRD for around 6 months, one day it just stopped working (no camera signal) but it was still connected as tweezers did work, Just camera went bad. I reached out to support (where they state 24-48 hours) and its been 2 weeks and not a peep .. People need to learn to backup there product so i'm trashing mine and buying another brand for replacement

I owned a different bebird otoscope before this one & I always liked that one better. With this one, the ear scoop came off inside my ear. Took 20+ minutes to get it out & came out with a busted eardrum. Of course I thought the tweezer function would come in handy for this situation. It did not. It was USELESS. It literally pushed the piece all the way up to my eardrum. I had to use a different set of tweezers. Now my ear is busted & bleeding & I am SO ANGRY. I expect a refund. Before this incident, this otoscope already was terrible anyway & I barely EVER used it anymore. But I’ve used this in my kids’ ears as well. What if this had happened to them? Well then we would’ve had to take a trip to the ER. SO ANGRY & UPSET. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL, IT IS NOT SAFE.

It arrived on time without any damage. I had trouble getting it to work on my Samsung S21+ but it now works great. Step one, turn off vpn. Step two turn off Norton protection. Step three put phone in airplane mode. Step four open/remove ear camera cover. Step five connect to the Bebird wifi, and then return to bebird app. Select correct camera and follow the next few steps. Camera should be on and working. If all of your wifi protections are off this camera will work great.

Stopped working after 5 1/2 months

The shape and base of the ear spoon are cool. The ear spoon head can be used for a long time. Overall it is a well designed product with high qualities which can be used for the whole family. And the visual camera can solve the problem of incomplete removal of earwax. The silicone part of the eartip is very soft and does not fall off easily, and compared with other products, the head of the ear spoon will not be easily cracked.

4 years later and it sucks.When we first got this ear cleaner, it was a gem.After about a year, the rubber on the clamps starting coming off and we were scraping with metal.About 6 months later I went on Temu and purchased a $7 one that was the same as this and I still use that one to this day.The electric tweezer part is pretty cool and has been a great help but this isn't worth the money

say what you want to say. skeptical at first but i got those nasty ear wax out of my ears. they were starting to bother me and qtips was no longer a solution. gross as it may be, but getting them out i feel like a million bucks now. very happy with both units i ordered.
