Realistic roaches. Lots of laughs!
I sent these to my 10-year-old grandson and told him to use them to scare my daughter on April Fool's Day. He and his father couldn't wait, so the prank went down last night. My grandson hid a few of them in a new pile of mail and sure enough, she went into fight-or-flight mode when she began going through the pile. The prank was a huge hit. I started receiving texts from her; "Good one Mom,..you truly got me. They look so real! I’ve been repeatedly terrified by surprise fake cockroaches tonight!"It's the gift that keeps on giving. Plans are being made to prank their cousin who visits frequently. As long as the roaches don't give someone a heart attack, they're a super fun prank, especially for kids. I heard my grandson was rolling on the floor laughing.

Fun for pranks. Look real.
These definitely look real. Lots of them too. They look so real they scare me. But the boys got a kick out of playing pranks on the adults. They were worth the money to see the boys laugh and enjoy playing with them.

My family and coworkers wish I didn't have these
I had run out fake roaches and had been looking at buying replacements. I bought my first ones at a museum gift shop and they didn't sell them anymore, it was a seasonal item for some insect thing they had done. These are real enough to look real at first glance. I've fooled a lot of people. If you look closely you can tell they are fake, they are meant to resemble the American cockroach, which is the most common ones where I live. If they were darker they would look like Oriental cockroaches. I would love to see some fake german cockroaches which are much smaller, those would creep even me out. But some of my favorite things to do with these are: put them under someone's keyboard, put them under the sheets, throw a few in a junk drawer for the delayed eventual trickery, put them in the toe of a pair of not often worn shoes, the glove box or center console in someone's car, interoffice envelopes and do not fill out who sent it, put a few in the mailbox, under the headset of a desk phone, under someone's cell phone, in the shower by the drain, use blue tack to attach them to walls or door handles, throw a few in a package you mail to a relative...really the possibilities are endless. They are detailed, even underneath is detailed. As far fake roaches go these fit the bill.

Good prank
Other than the fact that they don’t move, they look just like the real thing and then it is a great price for the product

good prank gift
they look like real roaches; I used several times at friends houses, and also put a few in my wife's folded clothes- she yelled after seeing them until I picked one up and put it in my mouth-then I got a slap on the arm for pranking her!

Overpriced but as advertised

Fun critters
Worth the fun…but my wife doesn’t appreciate it so much. She see real ones out side in the flowers so she’s not afraid of them. But strategically placed gets fun results.
