At 20 k this is a killer deal which has eliminated all the competition even from American Brands like Devilbiss - Nidek or Phillips : it can’t get any better a fully functional and good quality product at throw away price - I have been doing lot of research and can confidently say that one must not miss this opportunity of aquiring this model from a well known chinese firm with parts originating from Germany at a fraction of regular price -1/4th of standard Price for most other brands - this will cover you for any misfortune befalling your way at least at a price which is incapable of hurting a buyer - i think 90% of consumers wont need sny further reinforcements but in case the need arises in future go for another 5 litre from same or any expensive brand if you like - clubbing these two unints will make a 10 litre supply source with the attaractive option of running them on independent power source of just 400 watts than a standard 10 litre unit on about 1 kva many homes usually dont have high capacity inverters or ups systems and thus making it 5+5 litre is an intelligent and economically sound idea

I am writing this review after 1 year of product usage.Please use a stabilizer if there is any voltage fluctuations in your area or at home. There is no service centre or spare parts available for this brand.It's just a use and throw product and that is why the price is dead cheap. Its a snare to lure the customers who are badly in need of it.

I have purchased this product July 2022, product design and performance vise ok.but from day one I have been try to reach seller for the installation and demo not reachable. Later with help of manual some how fix the installation and my mom got the oxygen. Then after 8 months machine got lots of noise and some beeps sound coming from the machine. Again I try to contact Amazon and they shared seller executive number and contacted either phone ringing or busy not responded and call back also till date. Recently I have again contact Amazon got the another number they have answered my call, they informed me no service centre in Chennai area only available in Telangana and Bangalore and moreover your machine warranty period is over, so you have to pay for service and accessories cost incase.Such as life saving and health care product after sales no proper assistance and support.My big surprise how Amazon is entertaining such firm & seller in the ECommerce business.RegardsR.Manikandan Nair

When it works, it works. But once the product stops working, there is absolutely no customer care or service center availability. This is a totally imported item which is distributed all over India. But without any service center support, no point buying this.

I got the product delivered in four days. The setup and usage took just 5 mins. Its so simple that I was able to get my father acquainted in a few mins. The most useful part about this product is that it give +90% oxygen concentration at a flow rate of 5L. Most other products currently available in the market drop the concentration to 30% when the flow rate is increased so its not really useful as the regular air we breathe has an oxygen concentration of 21%.I found the price reasonable especially as other products with poorer concentration are selling at similar prices

Best buy for 11799.00This is a very good build quality and firm structure durable parts and very silent working. All my philips ever flow which were bought 5times to this price have stopped working after 3 years or I had to spend 50% cost to repair and run behind the service centre. But philips is more reliable as it is the pioneer in these machines. But for 11799 it was a good buy for me. One thing which I have learnt with these machines for the past 6 years is we need to have minimum 2 to 3 machines at home so that we are safe. As this is running continously there are every chance of getting spoiled.
